You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from meJobSiteLog related to job updates, team invitations, estimates, and invoices.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Service is offered through multiple subscription tiers, including a free plan and paid plans. Details of each plan, including pricing, features, and limits, are available on our pricing page.

• Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features and storage. No credit card required.
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Upgrades and Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
• Your data will be preserved, but features and storage limits will reflect the Free plan.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us.

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, documents, data, and other materials you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload Your Content
• Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Your Content does not contain malicious code or harmful material

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes other than providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ohio. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You may request a copy of Your Content within 30 days of termination
• We may delete Your Content after the 30-day period unless required to retain it by law

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
