meJobSiteLog offers a Free plan to explore the app and paid plans — Starter, Crew, Business, and Elite — when you need more users, photos, and features. Enterprise is available with custom pricing for organizations with 50+ users. Every paid plan includes unlimited estimates, jobs, and invoices plus online payments. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Your subscription price is separate from Stripe’s payment processing fees, which are charged per transaction when you collect payments online.

Upgrading

Upgrade from account or billing settings inside the app when you are ready. You are not locked into a contract on standard plans — see terms on the pricing page for current policy.

Help with billing

For invoice questions, failed payments, or plan changes, use Contact and pick Account & billing so your message routes correctly.

When you are ready

After the customer approves (or you mark the work as sold), convert the estimate into a job so you can log activity through completion.

What carries over

Customer details, scope, photos, and estimate context stay attached. You keep a single thread from bid to closeout.

On the job

Use the job timeline for timestamped photos, notes, GPS where available, checklists, and documents — all organized by job, not lost in text threads.

How it works

1. You send the estimate with sharing turned on.
2. Your customer opens the link (or scans the QR code).
3. They review the estimate and tap Approve when they are ready.

Record keeping

Approvals are tied to the estimate in your account so you have a clear record for the job and for your files.

After approval

You can convert the approved estimate into a job to start tracking work, photos, and closeout in one place.

Photo-first logging

Every important moment can be captured with a photo. Entries are timestamped so your history reads in order.

GPS tagging

When your device allows it, locations are recorded with entries for accountability and cleaner records. You can use this for internal notes and customer updates.

Estimates and jobs

Photos work the same idea in estimates (document scope and conditions) and jobs (progress and closeout).

Privacy and accuracy

Location depends on device settings and signal. For best results, allow location for the app when you want GPS on entries.

When you lose signal

Basements, rural sites, and busy towers happen. meJobSiteLog is built to let you keep capturing estimates, photos, and job notes while offline when the app supports it for your workflow.

Sync

When connectivity returns, your changes sync to your account. Resolve any conflicts using the in-app prompts if they appear.

Tips

• Finish critical entries before you walk into dead zones when possible.
• Leave the app open briefly after you regain signal so sync can complete.

From the jobsite

1. Create a new estimate and add your customer details.
2. Add line items, quantities, and pricing.
3. Attach photos as you go — they are GPS tagged and timestamped automatically when location is available.

Polish before you send

Review totals, terms, and photos. Most contractors finish in under three minutes once they are familiar with the flow.

Send

Use Share to send a magic link or show a QR code so your customer can view the estimate on their phone without installing anything.

When you share an estimate, meJobSiteLog generates a secure link. Your customer taps it in text, email, or any chat app.

QR code

On site, show a QR code so they can open the estimate on their phone instantly.

What customers see

They see your estimate, photos, and pricing in a clean, readable view. They do not need a meJobSiteLog account.

Approvals

When you enable approval, they can approve from that same view. See Customer approval flow.
