Landworks Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the meJobSiteLog application and website (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our third-party payment processor.
Photos and Documents
When you use the Service, you may upload photos, documents, and other files. Photos captured through the app may include metadata such as GPS coordinates, date, time, and device information.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.
Job and Estimate Data
Information you enter about jobs, estimates, projects, and clients is stored to provide the Service. This may include job descriptions, cost estimates, client names, and project addresses.
2. Google Sign-In
meJobSiteLog lets you sign in with your Google account. When you choose Google Sign-In, we receive your Google profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture.
We use this information only to create and manage your meJobSiteLog account, authenticate you when you sign in, and display your profile within the Service. We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
meJobSiteLog's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke meJobSiteLog's access to your Google account at any time through Google Account Permissions.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS notifications from meJobSiteLog, we collect your phone number and consent status solely to deliver transactional messages related to your account (such as team invitations, estimate notifications, and invoice alerts).
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Photos and documents you upload are retained until you delete them or close your account. We do not delete your content without your permission.
